1. Templates for Proceedings of INTELS’26 will be available soon.

2. Proceedings of 2nd Workshop on software and applied solutions for artificial intelligence will be published as 4 page papers in Russian. Papers will be indexed in Russian Science Citation Index. Please use the provided RSCI Template

Registration fees*
Full registration: 15000 RUB / 150 EUR
Additional paper (1 paper max): 10000 RUB / 100 EUR
Student registration: 10000 RUB / 100 EUR
Guest registration (without publication of paper): 8000 RUB / 80 EUR
Workshop registration: 8000 RUB / 80 EUR

*The fee will be charged in Russian rubles. Prices in EUR are given for reference and are approximate and based on the current rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Any commission for bank transfer are paid by participants.

What is included in the Registration:

  • Due to hybrid format of INTELS’26 registration fees include access to all plenary and technical sessions, electronic conference proceedings, coffee breaks during offline sessions, and Welcome Reception.
  • Workshop registration includes one-day access to the workshop and conference sessions.
Notes
  • Each paper must have at least one REGISTRATION.
  • STUDENT REGISTRATION is valid, if authors are PhD students and/or students only.
  • GUEST REGISTRATION fees may be paid by November 30th or on-site.
